You can choose to receive your order at an address or pick it up at our shop in Ciudad Vieja, Peatonal Sarandí 652 corner Bartolomé Mitre one block from Plaza Independencia.

The pick up can be made from Monday to Friday from 11 to 16 hrs and Saturdays from 11 to 13 hrs; 24 hrs after the purchase or in case of having made the payment in collection networks 24 hrs after payment.

Deliveries in Montevideo are made from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on business days.

In the Interior of Uruguay shipments can be made both at home delivery and with agency pickup, based on the instructions that each buyer indicates. The delivery times inside will be those that each agency has for its deliveries. If you have any preferred agency please kindly indicate it.

· The delivery time is up to 4 working days in Montevideo and 5 working days in the inside Uruguay.

· All orders require a signature at the time of receipt. If you want someone else to pick up or receive the order on your behalf, they must present a copy of the Identity Document with which the purchase was made.

· Delivery times are a reference, they will start running from the date of shipment and we are not responsible for delays caused by delivery providers.
